You will first need to create a customer account.  After you have completed this process, you will be asked to choose your advertising package, give your URL, select targeting, and pay for your package through PayPal. 

You will receive a username and password immediately, but your campaign may not appear in your account until the URL has been approved.  This may take up to 24 hours.
